Prepare, Mix and Cure
- Make sure the wood or mold is dry, clean, sealed where necessary and level.
- Measure accurately at a 2:1 volume ratio.
- Mix thoroughly while minimizing introduced air.
- Respect temperature, total casting mass and maximum pour depth.
- Allow the casting to cure undisturbed before machining or polishing.
